Mawared stores HR data on behalf of the companies that use it. This page explains what we keep and why.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, sign-in method), and the HR records that a business adds: employees, attendance, leave and payroll.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: to sign you in, to calculate payroll, to send the messages you ask for, and to keep the service secure.
Who can see it
People in your business see what their role allows. Each business's data is separate from every other business. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
A business owner can export or delete the business's data. An employee can ask their employer to correct their record.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and access tokens can be revoked at any time.
